The units were great-sized and beautifully designed with nice bathroom. The location is beautiful, 3 km from Safa and Marwa Hill.

The staff was extremely friendly, the breakfast selection was excellent, there is a separate bedroom, and the location is perfect, offering a peaceful setting near the center and the historic Vioimyrarkirkja church that is still in use.

Impeccably clean unit with a nice decor. Large bed and welcoming services. Stunning location near the old Vioimyrarkirkja church, still in use, various areas in the North and the centre, could not be better.

Location was excellent to Geysir and if you are just coming out of the Highlands.
I was told they had Wi-Fi, but they put me in an outer building where there was none. Very small, but clean room. It is a school during the sinter and turned into a hotel during the summer. A little strange!!

Great spot, can't complain about anything here! the rooms are spacious, well-decorated, and have a cozy vibe. They're close to the hotel's restaurant, which is super convenient. Plus, you're surrounded by mountains 🏔️.

We had three adults and got a great large room. In fact, it was two rooms with a kitchen area and large bathroom. We were very pleased with the comfort and size of the room. Breakfast was the usual icelandic spread but also had good home baked bread as well.
We had problems with the wifi service in our room. There is only one computer in the lobby so we were a little frustrated that we had to sit in the lobby to check our email - that was until we found the one spot in our room that got reception.

The restaurant is quite good. Breakfast is great. The location is conveniently right off the ring road. There are plenty of travel facilities such as food, fuel, maps and information very close by.
Our room--a suite for up to five people--was hot and smelled of sulfur. There was no way to open the windows in the main room where two of us slept, making sleeping difficult in the heat, especially on the uncomfortable fold out bed. Furnishings are old. All this would be ok were it not for the very high price--we paid $300/night. This is really too much for what is best described as a 2-star hotel.

It was a little cheaper than other hotels we had been in and convenient to the ring road. The breakfast and dinner at restaurant were fine
Room was a bit small (but normal for iceland). Bathroom had smell of sulfur from the hot water
